The Fristam FL is universally suitable for many standard applications. It is hygienic, gentle, low-maintenance, durable, and economical. The Fristam FL3 features unique helical three-winged rotors and is specifically designed for revolution speeds of up to 1,000 minโ1 and CIP return processes. This saves you an additional pump in a bypass line. All models are compact, easy to clean, and capable of CIP and SIP.

Specific Construction
All of the FL seriesโ pumps have a state-of-the-art system of low-slip lobes rotating free of contact in opposite directions, thus ensuring high efficiency even with low viscosities or at high temperatures. The FLโs symmetric design allows for a reversal of the rotating direction, enabling the pump to transport materials in both directions.

Fristamโs FL3 Series positive displacement pump provides gentle product handling with virtually no pulsation. Its special three-wing helical rotor design allows for continuous, gentle displacement. Plus, bi-directional rotation allows for loading and unloading with the same pump.

High Speeds & High Flow Rate
The FL3 is able to operate at high speeds and provide high flow rates, allowing processors to use a smaller pump on most low pressure applications.
Effective CIP
Pumps Product & CIP’s Itself
The FL3โs design also allows the pump to be run at high speeds to facilitate effective CIP, with rotors in place. Consequently the FL3 eliminates the need for separate CIP supply/return pumps and accompanying pipes and valves, saving time and money.
