Assembly Engineer
Education: DME/BE (Mech)
Job Location: Chakan, Pune
Experience: 06 to 08 years (Manufacturing Industry)
Knowledge Required: Experience in pump assembly and proficiency in SAP is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of pump industry assembly process.
- Issue material for pump assembly using SAP system.
- Record material receipt entries in SAP to track inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate records of material in and out of the assembly line.
- Prepare and submit daily MIS report detailing the quantity of pumps assembled and tested OK.
- Track assembly performance against daily targets and highlight any discrepancies.
- Day-to-day reporting to manufacturing manager and assist in overseeing material flow within the assembly area.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
