Dispatch Executive
Education: Any degree, Plus Diploma will be an added advantage
Job Location: Chakan, Pune
Experience: 5 to 6 years
Knowledge Required: SAP b1 experience is must.
Gender: Male
- Thorough knowledge of dispatch activities in manufacturing and export shipments.
- Manage scheduling coordination and dispatches as per planning.
- Ensuring dispatchers are completing their daily tasks.
- Effective selection, negotiation, and preparing contractual terms with freight forwarders.
- Ensuring the packing and loading is done properly with no damage to the goods.
- Preparing accurate packing lists for export shipments.
- Effective use of the SAP B1 / ERP to generate daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.
- Ability to negotiate with independent contractors servicing our client’s customers.
- Work diligently with the leadership, operation management, sales, and other third parties to oversee delivery operations and ensure SLAs are achieved.
- Assist in all aspects of logistics operations as needed, including driver communication, order dispatching, and serving as the last line of customer shipments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
